GERMANTOWN, WI – May 12, 2023 – MOTIS Brands announces the opening of the newly constructed MOTIS Manufacturing Center (MMC), a 157,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility conveniently located near their Germantown headquarters. The site will serve as the new home of Heavy Duty Ramps®, a MOTIS brand that specializes in commercial aluminum solutions for truck and trailer, including loading ramps, yard ramps, toolboxes and more. The new center will produce aluminum product for Heavy Duty Ramps, and increase manufacturing capabilities for several key MOTIS house brands, including Black Widow® and Silver Spring Mobility®.

In addition to new machinery and better ventilation, a larger, updated layout provides maximized efficiency from raw material to finished product leaving the docks.

Through months of planning and minimal disruptions in customer order fulfillment, the new facility is expected to have higher output, faster lead times and continued assortment expansion that is better aligned to meet customer demands.
